Applewood-Smoked

Since it is smoked over wood chips, this bacon has a earthy-sweet taste. This type of bacon is great in sandwiches or crumbled on salads.

Canadian

Eaten hot or cold, this type of bacon is cut from the center loin giving it a more similar flavor you would get from a piece of ham.

Double-Smoked

Due to the fact it has such an intense flavor, this is a great ingredient to use in braised dishes, chowder and soups.

Irish

Similar to the Canadian, this bacon comes from the loin cut, yet has more flavor and fat.

Pancetta

 This is a cured heavenly type of bacon that is used in a variety of Italian dishes.

Peppered

 The bacon is coated with a thick rub of pepper, which adds a bite and goings well with  vegetables and roasted meats.

Slab

This is the typical bacon which comes either thickly sliced, in chunks, with and without rind.
